Introduction

This week will provide students the knowledge and details of employee recruiting and interviewing, including how to create and conduct a recruitment program and the conducting of an interview. Also, students will learn about the variety and uses of references and tests in the employment situation, including the strategies to determine and interpret the reliability and validity of the tests to ensure effective and legal systems and selection decisions.
